Throughout the last ten years I have written hundreds of customized programs for a variety of goals. Every program that I will be releasing has been adapted and refined overtime to ensure that those who follow can get the best results possible.
HYPERTROPHY PROGRAMS (COMING SOON)
These are my standard hypertrophy programs. I have created one specific to both males and females. The goal of my hypertrophy programs are simple: build as much muscle as possible without sacrificing your athletic ability.

Frequency: 4x a week (upper 2x, lower 2x)
Difficulty: Intermediate to advanced
Equipment: barbells, dumbbells, pull up bar, cable machines
